Returns and cancellations policy

1. Introduction

This returns and cancellations policy ("policy") governs the process for returns and cancellations of payouts and voucher redemptions through the Rewarble platform operated by Centiward B.V. ("company"). By utilizing the services provided by Rewarble, you ("user" or "you") agree to the terms outlined in this policy, in conjunction with the terms and conditions previously agreed upon.

2. Payouts to external accounts

• Confirmation and validation: Upon opting for a payout to an external wallet, phone, service, or subscription account, you will receive a confirmation notice. This notice emphasizes that payouts to invalid or incorrect account details (including but not limited to blocked, frozen, suspended, or unverified accounts) cannot be reversed or undone.
• User responsibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of account details provided for payouts. Rewarble performs basic validation checks on the format and length of the provided information, but does not verify the status or existence of the external account.
• No refunds or cancellations: Once a payout is processed and debited from your Rewarble account, the transaction is final. Rewarble will not offer refunds or cancellations for payouts processed based on the details you provide, regardless of whether the funds were successfully received or not.

3. Failed payouts

• Automatic refunds for failed transactions: If a payout fails due to issues within our control and such failure is identifiable, Rewarble will endeavor to automatically credit the funds back to your account.
• No guarantee of recovery: In cases where incorrect details have been provided by the user, Rewarble cannot guarantee the recovery of funds. The company will not be responsible for funds debited in accordance with user instructions that result in lost or misdirected payments.

4. Voucher and gift card redemptions

• No Returns or exchanges: All voucher or gift card redemptions are final upon issuance of the redemption code. Rewarble cannot validate the use, status, or ownership of redeemed vouchers or gift cards and, therefore, cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or deactivate vouchers or gift cards post-issuance.

5. Dispute resolution

• Support and investigation: Users who believe they have encountered an issue with payouts not received as intended are encouraged to contact Rewarble's support team. The company will, on a case-by-case basis and without guarantee, investigate potential discrepancies with the payment system involved. Recovery efforts are limited and contingent upon the cooperation of the external payment system or service.
• Limitation of liability: In alignment with the terms and conditions, Rewarble's liability for payouts processed to incorrect, invalid, or unintended accounts is strictly limited. The company's efforts to assist in recovery are offered as a courtesy and do not constitute an obligation or guarantee of fund recovery.

6. Acceptance of policy

• Acknowledgment: By using Rewarble's services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. You understand the risks associated with providing incorrect account details for payouts and agree to the conditions set forth regarding returns and cancellations.

7. Modifications to policy

• Changes to policy: The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
