When you add your prepaid card to Apple Pay, the payment network sends a verification email to confirm your card. Because we work with a trusted payment service provider (PSP) to process and secure your transactions, the email is first sent to their system before being forwarded to your email. That’s why there’s a different email address.
This is a standard security process to ensure your card is verified safely. Check your inbox for the forwarded email and follow the instructions to complete the verification.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
Top-ups are processed quickly, so your balance updates soon. Most transactions appear instantly, but there may be a short delay. If your balance doesn't update right away, please wait up to 10 minutes.
