Missing payouts can result from several issues:
Errors. If the payout failed, funds are returned to your Rewarble account balance.
Payment sent to the wrong recipient: If you've accidentally used incorrect destination details, the payment might not be reversible. Please contact Support to explore cancellation options.
Destination account restrictions: Some e-wallets require full verification to receive payouts. Ensure your e-wallet account is fully verified, then contact Rewarble to retry the payout.
If your voucher is reported as already used, consider the following:
Double-check your Rewarble account to see if you've already redeemed the voucher.
The voucher may have been sold twice by the seller. Contact Rewarble Support for redemption details to assist your seller in providing a replacement.
If your card payments are declined, check the following:
Card suspension: For security, cards auto-suspend after 24 hours. Reactivate it in your account by selecting "Extend Activation."
Insufficient balance: Ensure your card is topped up with enough Rewarble vouchers for your purchase.
Region mismatch: Use your card in the correct region it's issued for to avoid declines.
Incompatibility: Some services may not accept VISA/Mastercard debit cards. Check the service's payment options.
Rewarble offers several services. If you want to use our services, you must first purchase credit. You can do this through our partners who sell Rewarble gift cards. You will receive a voucher via email that you can then redeem on the Rewarble website. At that point you can choose which product you want to buy.
Visa cards are delivered directly to your screen and remain in your Rewarble account. We will send a link to your email from which you can view your Visa cards. Visa cards are reusable.
Gift cards, delivered on screen as well as via a topup code by mail.
In the case of a top-up from PayPal, for example, we send the money from our company account to your account. You do not receive an email code that you can redeem at your chosen top-up service. Not every system works with gift cards, but this way we still make it possible to put money on your account.
And in most cases, the money is in your account instantly, but there are exceptions with certain wallets where it takes longer. Please check the product description.
If a transfer is not instant, in most cases the payment still takes less than 24 hours, but there are situations where it takes longer, such as weekends. Wait 72 hours and see if the money is in your account by then before contacting customer service.
It can be for different reasons why you have not received your e-wallet top-up. One of the causes could be that your account is not verified, or that there was a typo in your email. Another possibility is that there is a system error on our end. In this case, please contact customer service, and we will ensure that the payment is manually completed.
